TV FACE are three socially awkward weirdos from Lancaster. Their songs serve “sonic fury with a satirical edge … blistering, genre-defying … both chaotic and meticulously tight” (HellaFuzz). Live, TV FACE are known for their high-intensity performances, “with dynamics I’ve not seen since the likes of Therapy? … in the early nineties” (Louder Than War). This August, they will headline the Introducing Stage at the UK’s biggest punk festival – REBELLION.

The band released their records on Preston’s hothouse of talent – Crackedankles Records. Riding the wave of success of their critically acclaimed 2023 debut album TIDE OF MEN (featured on several album of the week/year lists), the band will release their 2nd LP WOLF RENTS BARK on September 5, 2025.

With their highly anticipated sophomore effort only a few short weeks away, TV FACE return with “WHITE NOISE WHITE LIES,” an anthematic new single. The warping, face-melting tune is so palpable, thanks to the crashing drums, searing guitars, and cartoonish expressiveness, that it is almost as if the band’s latest comes to life in some humanoid form. This creature crawls out of the speakers, much like the verses slowly bleed into the firework-style chorus, and parades around the environment, shaking you by the shoulders to ensure you’re soaking up every last nuance of “WHITE NOISE WHITE LIES.” Lyrically, TV FACE aims at the powers-that-be who are diluting the music listening experience with instant gratification and low payouts to artists. Rather than accept the modern landscape, the band attacks it from all angles with lyrics that are seemingly designed to be chanted in a large crowd. TV FACE created a lovely piece of hectic, direct punk on “WHITE NOISE WHITE LIES,” and with a new album just around the corner, it would seem the band is on track for a landmark release.

“This is a protest song against big streaming, its framing of music as ‘content,’ its refusal to pay artists fairly (or at all!), its annihilation of diverse creative cultures, and its arms trade side hustles,” explains the band when asked about their new single.
