Here is the Scotch Ale I brewed back in November. This has been a mainstay in my fridge for the last month, and some of my mornings have paid the consequences of me brewing this strong, heavy ale.

| Fuggles hops (boiling) | 1 oz |
| Cascade hops (finishing) | 1/2 oz |
| Northern Brewer hops (finishing) | 1/2 oz |
| Irish moss | 1 tsp |
| Gypsum | 4 tsp |
| English liquid ale yeast | 1 pkg — 1 pt of water to 1/2 cup of light malt extract 4 hrs before pitched |
| Corn sugar | 1/2 lb |
| Priming sugar | 4 tbsp — 1 tsp in each keg |
