Ten years ago today (2/26/16), Lucy Dacus released her debut album No Burden. Dacus set the blueprint for her candid, songwriting style, writing with a cool, observant clarity — songs that examine guilt, self-worth, power imbalances, and the anxiety of needing people without wanting to become a burden to them.
